Calculating the average azimutal velocity for a rotating flow

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello all,
I am solving a Magneto Hydro Dynamic (MHD) problem, describing a rotating flow inside a cylindrical vessel, driven by a rotating magnetic field.
I am coupling 3D N-S turbulent flow (k-e) with Magnetic Field physics.
Now analyzing the results, I am trying to calculate the average azimuthal velocity, as a function of the radius and the hight ( V_?[r,z]).
Does anyone knows a fast way of calculating this?
Thank you,
Asaf
