Calibrating the screen size or image size with the unit of geometric entity

I am modeling a 3 D object in COMSOL geometry and I want to post process its image. I can do this by taking a snapshot of my screen. I can adjust the color map style such as spectrum or grayscale, etc. Also I can adjust the screen size in pixels/ mm and its resolution as well. However, I cannot calibrate the screen size with the geometric size used for making the geometry. Since I want to use this image for post processing in some other software for analysizing 2 D, 3 D topography, I need to calibrate the screen size with geometric size. Can anyone help me out? Attached is the snapshot shot from COMSOL graphics with grid. Each square box is 0.5 mm size and the image size is 900 px x 700 px with a resolution of 300 dpi.
