Electrode design simulation

I'm very new to this software and wanted to run simulations exactly as outline in this paper: https://dspace.lboro.ac.uk/dspace-jspui/bitstream/2134/24149/3/Chamberlain_110%20(2).pdf

I tried using the wizard but it was leading me to the wrong places.

Can someone give insight in where to begin or point to videos or tutorials that can help get me started? How do I build the physical model then choose the proper tests.

Im specifically interested in electrode pattern configuration and the generated force each design would produce.
