Rotating co ordinate axis with the geometry

Hi,
In my model there is a magnet which is rotating with respect to time. So I have to apply the flux conservation parallel to the magnet but the geometry is rotating with respect to time. I tried all co ordinate system but not working. So, how can I achieve my goal. Please give an advise.
