How to import real life image in Comsol drawing?

How I can import a real life image (e.g. picture of a stent or any instrument) into the Comsol drawing? I am using COMSOL 3.4 ver and structural mechanics mode.

3.4 is a very old version. I suggest that you update to the current version, which has support for defining functions from .BMP, .GIF, .JPEG, and .PNG files.
