How to implement 2D Axial Symmetry model in Cartesian coordinate

Hi all
I saw that in COMSOL, we have only modeled with 2D Axial Symmetry in (r, phi,z).
So, does anyone know how to model in 2D Axial Symmetry in Cartesian ???
