How to assign imported refractive index values to waveguide cladding

Hi;

I am working on wave optics module of comsol 5.2. I have a distributed anisotropic refractive index data for my waveguide cladding. I have imported the data to comsol using interpolation function. Now i am unable to assign these values to cladding. Can anyone help me please?
