Having issues applying Heat Transfer to device

I am attempting to add multiphysics heat flow transfer to my device in order. I am receiving the error NaN or Inf found when solving linear system using SOR in RF Module. I've tried using a finer mesh and still received the same issue. I am unsure if I should move onto the finest mesh or a customer fine mesh, or if something else is the problem.

Note: I am fairly new to COMSOL
