using initial condition from same simulation

I have a pair of pipes.

In the first pipe, a flow is coming in. Initial condition is known to me. But, the final solution of first pipe is to be given as initial condition to second pipe.

Means: Say, at the outlet of first pipe, the temperature is increasing from 25 to 80degreeC. So, the second pipe will get it as an initial condition i.e from t=0 to t=...

Since I am new to comsol, can anyone will tell me how to do this?
