I am trying to model PM machine with smaller air gap, with one coil with end winding. Earlier for faster computation I used a larger airgap and model was converging. Now the model is not even converging during my stationary studied due to smaller airgap. I get this error at 99percent while doing stationary study. I am using the linear solver which is there by default. .I get the following error at 99 percent.

The relative error (28) is greater than the relative tolerance.
There was a warning message from the linear solver.
Iterative refinement triggered.
Returned solution is not converged.

What I thought was that if it worked for larger airgap it should work for smaller airgap as well because all I changed was the geometry

The file is 12,6 MB and I couldn't attach it for some reason.

Can you please point out what should I do to make it work???
