heat exchanger, 2d axial symmetry, drawing problem

We have a problem with the drawing of our heat exchanger, 2d axial symmetry.
The problem is: We want to simulate the situation shown in the figure reality system, but we simulate the simulated system. This is because we draw a system 2d and axial symmetry. How is it possible to draw the reality system 2d axial symmetry while still retaining origional inlet.
The attached file shows our systems (reality and simulated system).
