If I chose to use a different Equation of State instead of Ideal gas law, is it possible to incorporate in COMSOL?

Rajib,
It is possible. Define the gas density according to your new equation of state.
For instance, if you are using the virial equation of state, instead of rho_gas=p/RT, use rho=p/(ZRT).
And define Z in the variable section:
Z=1+Bp+...
