Want to edit the imported geomerty provided by comsol

My problem statement is similar to what comsol has given in some example,So I need to edit the geometry and manipulate it accordingly. I tried but couldn't do that.
Please guide me and suggest the same

Its easy. You can do it by either live link or directly import CAD file mentioned in geometry.
