Space charge limited emission

I'm using Comsol 5.2 to model space charge limited emission in a specific case in which the chatode is the tip of a 2-D cylindrical carbon nanotube with height of 5 um and a radius of 0.001 um for the hemisperical tip.
I attached my model (made starting from the Child's law benchmark) down .
The results for my space charge limited emission current are unreasonable, i think the problem is in position offset for emission surface or, in the mesh, or maybe in the time step of the study.
Can anyone help me, please?
Thank you
