Batch reactor filled with a mixture of water and cellolose

Hi,

I want to model a batch reactor filled with a mixture of water and cellulose.

I have built a hollow cylinder, but don't know how to introduce water (or mixture inside it) with a defined level. I think it is related to Material section.

any help would be very appreciated.
