FSI model with hyperelasticity

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I'm working on a very simple steady state flow through a flexible tube problem. The boundary conditions for the fluid are a fully developed laminar flow profile at the inlet and a constant pressure at the outlet. For the solid, there are rollers at the bottom and top portions of the solid and a spring on the outer edge of the solid. The solution converges fine if the solid is a linear elastic material, but when I try to incorporate hyperelasticity (2 term Ogden) the solution is unable to converge saying: attempt to evaluate negative power of zero.

Would anyone have an idea as to how to work around this? Thanks!
