Nonlinear Convergence Problem

I have a nonlinear anisotropic material in my Comsol model which gets excited by EM waves of Terahertz frequency around (30 THz).

In the design, there is nothing but nonlinear material in the Air medium. (Very Simple model)

The problem is - the solution of this design doesn't converge ! I am facing difficulties with convergence. I can attached my model here but I can't any files in this site for some reasons I actually don't know. How can I attach files here?

Any suggestion on my convergence problem is highly appreciated !
