Define two AC potentials in different frequencies using frequency domain study

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

There are some products like "Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer" which uses frequency domain physics to define an AC potential for out of phase positive and negetive electrodes with frequency f. I am going to design one Octupule and one Quadrupole in a model which they work with the different frequencies. Octupole works with frequency 3MHz and quadrupole works with frequeny 1MHz. But, when I used two independent frequency domain studies for them, I could not match both of them to the time dependent study for Particle trajectory!! the Time dependent study for particle trajectry just considers one of the frequency domain physics. Do you know how I can consider both of them?!

Best regards,
Ali
