Altium Designer PCB import

Hi! I am working on a PCB design with Altium Designer. And i want to simulate some physic parameters of my PCB with the help of COMSOL. I tried the Step 3D import. But it just show the 3D model without any information of the board itself(e.g different layers information) And I tried ODB export. However, it just contains the information of the board itself. All the components will not be shown in COMSOL. I tried to import both of them. And then there are some errors.

Is there anyone who has some experience with this kind of problem? Thank you very much!
