computer memory goes to maximum

Hello,

when i run an eigenfrequency study my computer memory goes to maximum so it freezes and i have to restart the computer. i used the same parameters before and it worked with good results but now i am getting the same problem with any parameters in eigenfrequency study.

any suggestion please?
