Carbon Deposition in Heterogeneous Catalysis

I'm having a hard time solving this problem. Could you tell me what's wrong with it? I'm new in COMSOL. I hope you could help me.
I'm trying to compute for the permeability of the catalyst after 4000s during the thermal decomposition of Methane. It is literally the same with the pre-made project I found on COMSOL site entitled Carbon Deposition in Heterogeneous Catalysis but I tweaked the geometry, I made it 3D. This error appear after I run the 2nd study.
Failed to find consistent initial values.
Segregated Step 2
Out of memory during LU factorization.
Last time step is not converged.
