setup of output port with two different polarization states simutaneously

Hello,

I encountered a problem about setup of output port, and need your kind help. The circular polarized light incidence on a transparent structure normally, at the transmitted output port, there exist two different polarized light. How to set the output port?

I use two ports corresponding to two different polarization states, and PML configuration, is it right?
