How to simulate magnetic flux density in and around the magnetic shielding?

The most straightforward way is to include (and mesh) the magnetic shielding material itself in your model, being sure to include the correct (generally very large) value of the relative permeability of that material, and being careful to mesh the material with sufficient detail to accurately represent the typically relatively-strong field gradients in/around such materials. For a more detailed discussion of other options or ideas from other people here, you might want to post or describe your problem/model/geometry in more detail.
