Design a shell and tube Heat exchanger

Hello Everybody,
I am Kashfia Mahin from Bangladesh. I have been working on the project
about Heat Exchanger Design for Power Plant.
I am going to design a heat exchanger for coal based power plant.I have made a decision to design a shell and tube heat
exchanger. I have chosen this for high pressure and temperature. I
have decided to design a fixed tubesheet heat exchanger. In TEMA
nomenclature, i have chosen BEM geometric Terminology. Will it be a
good decision? in your account which Front head will be good and why?
I want to design tubesheet angle will be the 30 degree angle for
better heat transfer. Plate Segmental baffle are frequently used
for flow diversity but it causes vibration. How will I stop this
vibration? in segmental baffles Which are used to be good? Single
segmental or Double Segmental Baffle? Most Power Generation Company
they Used Single Segmental Baffle even Double segmental baffle is
better than single segmental baffle to reduce pressure drop.
