Voltage curve of a Semiconductor

while using the semiconductor model I encountered a problem with the voltage curve through the semiconductor. I expected that voltage drops between the selected values for the two metal contacts. However, the result of the simulation shows that the voltage does not drop from the upper to the lower value (in my case 4 V and 0 V). Instead it drops from -0.6 to -2.6 V. Can anybody explain this?
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards
Florian
