Implict and Explicit Events

Dear all,

I am trying to model heating whereby heating is stopped when max temperature reaches a threshold. Once heating is stopped, simulation is carried out for a further 5s to allow for the system to cool before the heating is restarted.

I can turn off the heating using Implicit Events but I am not sure how to allow for 5s of cooling before restarting the heating.

Can someone help me?
