S Parameter export for MEMS based Resonator

Hello Friends,
I want to find S-parameter for MEMS based resonator with elctromechanics physics. In Comsol help, it shows that by using touchstone export it could be done. I have tried it several times,but unable to complete it successfully. Can anybody know how to perform S-parameter analysis in Electro-mechanics?
