Pausing long calculations?

I am new to COMSOL, and have never used it before, so I was wondering if it was possible to pause long calculations that look like they would take several hours. I couldn't find any information online about this; aside from the fact that if I stopped the calculations from the Progress tab and continued, it would be like a pause, but it seems like it's just reset the calculations.
