COMSOL error " shape function requests more constraint expressions than given."

today, I got the error message " shape function requests more constraint expressions than given." in COMSOL and I can't find anything about that error, for example what it means and how to correct it.
To the background:
I built a Physics Builder file for the propagation of an electromagnetic field.
First, my selected shape function for the electric field was "Lagrange". But after reading in the COMSOL manual, that the Lagrange shape trys to form a continious field, I had to change the shape function settings to "Curl".
But no, when I try to run the COMSOL model with this package, the above mentioned error occurs.
Has anybody a hint for me, what can be wrong? I don't understand why I get this problem just by changing the shape function.
