Normalized far field scattering plot of metamaterial invisibility cloak

How to plot the far field scattering plot of different designs of invisibility cloaks (like linear cloak, square root cloak, etc.) which are normalized to the far field pattern of bare PEC cylinder.
Attaching a paper in which an analysis of these plots has been done.
