COMSOL Tutorial Problem : Fringing field on capacitance Error: "No stored reaction force data"

Hi everyone,
I am trying to solve COMSOL tutorial " Computing the effect of fringing field on capacitance"
I exactly followed the instructions of tutorial, available in the model library but somehow I am unable to get 1D plots for capacitance after computation. I could see the multislice electric field but the error message "No stored reaction force data " is constantly being displayed when I tried to plot capacitance (es.C11) against radius of air domain.
I have made sure that the reaction force is checked in the stationary solver output but it still did not work for me.
I am attaching Error Preview , please have a look at it.
I would greatly appreciate your help.

The library model works without a problem here.
