Hi~!

I wonder if comsol's semiconductor module can handle PNPN (Thyristor) devices.

This device is highly non-linear and likely to confont convergence problem in COMSOL.

Can it be done easily in COMSOL Semiconductor module?

FYI, attached is a related technical document published by SILVACO Tech.

Can COMSOL perfom this kind of device simulation?
