This is about using modelling charge extraction from a layer of semiconductor with drift diffusion formalism using semiconductor module. When no recombination is defined in the semiconducting module, what will be the minority charge carrier lifetime? Would this be infinity or some other finite value set by some other setting?
If so how to locate this value.
