I was able to create a free mesh with about 3 million elements using COMSOL 5.0, but the mesh has elements with a quality as small as 2e-4.. Unable to create a boundary mesh due to poor quality free mesh. In reviewing your geometry, it has some small faces, and does not appear to be well constructed. Since it is an imported geometry, It would require careful mating of objects in the original solid modeling program to eliminate these problem areas, or to use COMSOL's Defeaturing and Repair capabilities to overcome them.

The geometry in your file seems to only contain the *solid* parts. There is apparently no *fluid* domain yet. To do the flow analysis, you would need to create a fluid domain to represent the space inside your enclosure, and then mesh the fluid domain. Meshing the solid parts may not be necessary at all.
