Wave impedance values along the long line - is it possible?

There is a long transmission line (waveguide) with the various geometry along it's length...
Can I use COMSOL to obtain wave impedance values in various points along the line?
(it is assumed that we know only geometrical dimensions and materials of the line - not the equations for the wave impedance computation).
