Potential Variation Across a piezoelectric nanowire

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I am trying to model the potential variation across a piezoelectric nanowire. I want to see how the piezoelectric potential varies if the contact between the metal and the nanowire is a scottky contact, and when it is an ohmic contact. I wanted to know how I can do this in comsol. Basically I would like to create a circuit where the nanowire is the source of energy, and then see how changing the contact between the nanowire and the metal electrode can influence the output potential.

I don't know how to do this. I am new to comsol. Please advise me.

Thanks,
