I am trying to run the stationary model for a MEMS disk connected to a bar in order to obtain the initial conditions (pre-stress, displacement) to include in the modal and harmonics analysis.
I have obtain this error:
Failed to find a solution.
In segregated group 3:
Divergence of the linear iterations.
There was an error message from the linear solver.
Very ill-conditioned preconditioner.
The relative residual is more than 1000 times larger than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged.
I have tried to re-check the BCs, refine the mesh and to change relative residual and tolerance, without success.
I am including the model for further information.
Dos anybody guess what is happening?
Thanks in advance for your comments.
Best, Maria.
