hi....i'm doing transient analysis to get thermal response of microbolometer using "electrothermal interaction". model consists of 3 thin layers of sensing membrane, insulating membrane and substrate. while solving the model i get the error: "LAST TIME STEP NOT CONVERGED". and while meshing i get error as : "an empty cavity found at some coordinates and failed to respect edge element on geometry edge. EDGE:20". please provide help to overcome these errors. please help with this.
