Could anyone can help me to solve the problem about the model building in 3D please?

I'm working on the making a model of a capacitive transducer. I focus on the output pressure of the transducer and I worked it out in 2D. I use emi and acpr physics. but I can't work it out using 3D when I refer to the conditions of 2D. And it always jumps out of the error:(as the figure shows). Could anyone can help me to solve this problem please ?
