1D integration in 2D domain

Hi,
I am trying to solve a mass transfer problem in a sphere (represented by a square, just as in the packed bed reactor example).
I want to continuously integrate the concentration at each time step ONLY across y-direction (radius) to calculate how much mass has diffused out and therefore the outer concentration (which is the Dirichlet boundary concentration I use). I multiply the integral by 4*pi*y^2
In definitions/model couplings the only options are either boundary integration or domain integration, which are not useful for this problem.
Any idea is appreciated...
