General PDE equation

I need to implement the tumor growth mathematically using General PDE equation. It would be great if you let me know is it possible to write my equation for source (f) at General PDE equation. if it is possible how can I write it?
my equation for source is:
ut= -a*u*log(u/4); ( this equation is based on Gompetzian Law)
