comsol 4.2a with matlab R2011a

Hi,
I saved the comsol file in matlab as told. The tutorial says open ''COMSOL with MATLAB''. What does that mean?
Also i get an error as follows when i run the m file of the comsol model.

Undefined variable "ModelUtil" or class "ModelUtil.create".

Error in ==> modelmfile at 10
model = ModelUtil.create('Model');

Hi

the COMSOL with Matlab, is normally an icon that the installer set on your desktop (or you find it in Start Programmes COMSOL (if you had Matlab installed when you installed COMSOL)

This launches Matlab with the link to COMSOL

Should comsol be installed after installing Matlab?
Matlab is not recognising comsol at all...What can i do sir?

Hi

no it's COMSOL that recognises Matlab and not the other way so have matlab up first THEN comsol

Check the knowledge base there are some instructions there too

Now I have got the Comsol with matlab icon. I am not sure how the output file will be after importing to matlab . I have loaded the mph file with the mphload command but am really clueless how to proceed from that. I din get any convincing help from outside sources.
My requirement:
I actually want my comsol model as a blockset in MATLAB which i can later construct as a circuit.
