automatic resmeshing

Hey,
I tried using the "automatic remeshing" feature in the new version of COMSOL (4.3) and it repeatedly gives the error as "intersecting mesh elements" . Please help me resolve it. Besides, I am not able to understand what 'consistent initialization' in the automatic remeshing feature mean?
