Inverse modelling for EIT

Hello, I'm a PhD student doing biosensors. I'm working on a model to obtain an estimation of conductivity based on the signals from real data. The idea is that I have 4 sensors with voltages, and I should be able to see how conductivity change at different levels below my sensors, if possible as a map. I've been searching information about the optimization module and the parameter estimation used for inverse modelling, but haven't been able to pull it off. Thanks in advance!
