Hi, I am working on MEMS gyroscope and doing a time dependent analysis in COMSOL. I am vibrating a ring sinusoidally in its natural frequency giving point load. When I give small angular velocity i.e. 1 rad/s or 2 rad/s, I am not able to see any Coriolis effect on the ring. But when I apply large angular velocity i.e. 2000 rad/s or 3000 rad/s, the ring deforms and goes to the another degenerate mode. Will someone please tell me the answer, why at small angular velocity there is no effect of Coriolis force?
