Thermal stress simulation

Recently, while using comsol for thermal stress simulation, I encountered a problem related to displacement constraint setting. My model is a 3D circular column subjected to thermal expansion, and the Z-direction displacement is specified as 0 at one end of the bottom surface. The results obtained by simply calculating this way (eliminating the check error) are different every time, and the model will also have horizontal offset, but the obtained stress results are of reasonable order of magnitude(7), later I adopted the setting of fixed Z-direction of the bottom surface with rigid body motion suppression (or fixed three points), but the obtained stress results is very unreasonable for its order of magnitude is 10 (unit is Pa). So I would like to ask you if there is such a solution of fixing the bottom Z-direction displacement and fixing the centerline constraint, or if you have a better solution for this problem.
