I recently work on multiple body dynamic. My model has a steel ball rolling on a curved surface and they are always in touch. But my analysis always failed and I found the problem is about joint type selection. I tried to use ball joint and slot joint. Using ball joint, the solver can converge but the motion is not what I want. Using slot joint, the solver fail to solve. Does anyone know how to set up a model for a part relationship like this?
