Modelling Infiltration in Comsol

I am trying to model a bioretention system in Comsol, basically fluid flow through a layer of soil. It is a very simple model, but I am struggling to get the system to converge with my media paramters. Has anyone else had a similar problem and know how to fix it? I have read many forum posts about converging problems and all of the solutions have not helped.
