Hi
a boundary mesh is a quad type mesh so it cannot be created everywhere, and normally it is a operation transforming a thet/tri mesh into a local brick/quad mesh elements
If you have a closed boundary it normally works OK, sometimes in open or looped boundary conditions it does not work.
note the special selection method: first the domain(s) where you accept boundary layers, then as sub node one or several boundaries where the layers will start and propagate (into the previously selected domains
--
Good luck
Ivar

Dear Ivar,
Thank you so much. Now I still can not pass it. Can you help me to look at this geometry if you have some time? I just need you help on the mesh part. And add boundary layer meshes for the cuboid. Now I attach this document. Thank you again.
