How to create a circle on imported mesh

Dear Fellow community, I'm struggling to find a solution in imported mesh and wondering if someone can me help me. I imported a mesh (human head) with 3D tetrahedral mesh (no surface) and now like to make a circle onto it (like the image below) with the radius of 20mm. the purpose of the circle is, I'll use it as a separate domain (only surface) to apply boundary condition. But I have no idea how to do this in COMSOL after import it as mesh. I'd be grateful if someone can help me. Thanks.
